The REDCap portal, used to submit abstracts for the 2027 Showcase of Health Research, has been experiencing some server issues since October 22, 2026.
The good news? Since opening on October 7, the abstract submission portal has been working like a champ, and we’ve already received some submissions — whoo-hoo! — before it decided to take an unexpected little break.
Our IT department is hard at work getting the abstract submission portal back up and running as soon as possible.
With more than a month to go before the November 27 deadline, there’s still plenty of time to submit your research, evaluation, and quality improvement projects to the 2027 Showcase of Health Research.
In the meantime, you can review the Call for Abstracts - Submission Instructions document to ensure you’re ready to submit as soon as the portal is available again. We’ll share an update here once the abstract submission portal reopens.
